The Uwant B200 is offered in two colours: space grey and white. Both are simple and durable with a much tamed-down look than their predecessor, the B100. For its size, the Uwant B200 is bigger and heavier than the Bissell SpotClean Pro, Hoover Spotless, and even the B100. Thankfully, it comes with a universal wheel that’s fully 360° rotatable plus two smooth wheels on the bottom. So it’s still surprisingly easy to steer and move around. No need for lifting.

This spot cleaner also comes with a 4m (for EU) or 3.5m (for US) power cord and a cleaning hose that’s 1.5m long. So you’ll have about 5.5m to 5m of cleaning range. This is more than enough to reach the stains in every part of your home. The best part? The B200’s entire power cord can retract with just one click. Here at MrGadget, we’ve had our fair share of reviewing some of the newest e-bikes coming out on the crowdfunding scene. However, there’s nothing quite as successful as the new ENGWE X26 all-terrain e-bike. Raising over US$472,000 of funding on Indiegogo, it’s a hit for both bike enthusiasts and commuters.

Unlike many e-bikes on the market, the X26 is built for any type of terrain. It is designed to provide you with a comfortable ride on city streets as well as off-road. You can use it on sand, gravel, mud, and snow – which not many e-bikes can do.

Also, when compared with other eBikes, the ENGWE X26 is faster and more powerful. With its dual batteries, it also lasts longer. This means that you can ride it further before needing to recharge. But most of all, it is surprisingly more affordable.

Offered at US$1599 on Indiegogo, the ENGWE X26 is cheaper than many of the top all-terrain eBikes with similar performance levels around like the RadRover 6 Plus and RipCurrent S. Unfortunately, this price is only available for a limited time. After its campaign, its price will be at US$2699, putting it at the same price point as the RipCurrent S. So if you’re interested, better hurry!

Features

1000W Motor

One of the most notable features of the X26 is its powerful motor. Just like other eBikes, it offers a steady and reliable power at 750W. However, if you find yourself needing more power, say you are on extreme terrain, you can push it at 1000W.

With this much power, the X26 can climb 30% inclines. So with it, you’ll have no problem going up the steepest hills, gliding over sand and gravel, or dealing with mud in the mountains.

1373Wh Dual Batteries

Another thing we love about the ENGWE X26 is its dual batteries. With a combined 1373Wh capacity, you will be able to ride it a maximum of 62 miles on a single charge. That’s almost an entire week of commuting for most people.

With its longer battery life, you don’t have to charge the X26 as often as other bikes. In fact, you can charge it once or twice a week if used solely for commuting. For off-road activities, this means that you’ll have more time on the trails, thus, more time to have fun.

Both of the batteries are removable. They are stowed away under the seat and can provide you with a full 48 miles or around 77 km. On the other hand, the second battery is swappable and slides out of the top tube. This adds another 14 miles or 23 km to your trip. Together, they can cover a full day of riding without needing to stop for a top-up.

Triple Suspensions

One of the most unique features of the X26 is its triple suspension, which allows you to stay comfortable in any terrain. It has a hydraulic shock on the front, a mechanical shock in the middle, and an air suspension at the rear. So whatever and wherever you take it, the X26 is more than up for the challenge.

Motorcycle-Grade Fat Tires

To ensure a smooth ride even on the toughest terrain, the X26 stands on motorcycle-grade 26 x 4.0 inch fat tires. This gives you a larger contact area and a better grip on the ground. They are also skid-resistant and provide you with better control over the elements, making tight turns and fast stops easier.

One-piece Wheels

The ENGWE X26 is designed with one-piece wheels which means that the spokes and frames are made from a single piece of metal which improved stability, durability and maintenance over traditionally designed wheels.

31MPH Max Speed

The ENGWE X26 has a top speed of 31MPH, beating many bikes on the market. This means that you can cut the time on your commutes and ride faster while on the trails.

If you’re worried about speed regulations, don’t be. The ENGWE X26 has a factory setting where the max speed is only 25kph (15mph). You can then manually adjust the settings later on to reach the max speed of up to 31mph.

Different Riding Modes

The X26 offers different modes, depending on your chosen activity and purpose.

For instance, if you are cruising down flat roads and open terrain and want to take it easy, you can choose the “Assist Mode”. This will allow you to ride at up to 25mph speed. There’s also the “Normal Mode”, which is best for daily commuters and regular workouts. It will allow you to reach speeds up to 29mph. On the other hand, if you are climbing hills or doing more intense workouts, and require faster speeds up to 31mph, you can choose the “Sports Mode”.

Specs

As for speed, the X26 (31mph max speed) beats out many of its competitors, including the RipCurrent S, which has a max speed of 28mph. You will also have no problem finding the right gear with this bike as you have 8 to choose from. Using the latest gear cassettes from Shimano, which is a well-known brand in the biking industry, you can climb hills and cruise flat roads with ease.

Now, the best thing about the ENGWE X26 is its dual batteries. With a 1373Wh capacity, it offers a maximum range of 62 miles (100km). This is a lot longer than what many e-bikes can cover for a single charge. To give you an idea, the RadRover 6 Plus has only a range of 45 miles (72km).

The first thing you’ll notice about the ENGWE X26 in terms of design and aesthetics is its massive size. It’s not only a beast in performance, but it looks the part as well with its thick tires and bulky body. That said, this is a very good-looking bike. It looks great on both city streets and gritty trails. Plus, it’s designed with all genders in mind, so anyone can ride it.

Despite its size, it remains surprisingly light when compared to similar bikes in the market thanks to its aluminium frame. The company also made it foldable. So it’s at least easier to pack away and take along road trips as it can neatly fit in your trunk.

For its safety features, the X26 has 48V 12W headlights that turn on automatically when it gets dark. At the back, it has red brake lights that let drivers and other riders know when you are ahead.

This bike also has a large, full-colour LCD screen that displays everything you need to see front and centre. This allows you to know your speed, battery life, riding mode, and more with just a glance. This is great since nobody really has the time to be scrolling down their screens while sharing the road with other vehicles.

Final Thoughts

The ENGWE X26 is an e-bike that can do it all. With its powerful motor, dual batteries, triple suspensions, and thick tires, you’ll have no problem riding it on any terrain and slope. On top of this it’s great value for money – especially if you take advantage of the campaign offers!

With all the new gears and equipment coming out, going outdoors has never been easier. At MrGadget alone, we were able to review some pretty neat camping products, such as the Zero Breeze Mark 2 and Dy Stove. But today, we’ll focus on the newest camping gear on the market – the Blackcan II Pro. 

The Blackcan II Pro promises to make your trips more convenient and comfortable by providing you with a heated mattress on which you can rest and sleep on. It’s similar to the Heated Sleeping Bag Liner by Agemore and Mantuole Heated Sleeping Bag Pad. But instead of electronic heating elements, it uses and circulates hot water to keep you warm. This means that you’ll feel the heat throughout the device and not on specific areas only. 

Also, the Blackcan II Pro runs on gas while the others rely on power banks. While this adds more weight for you to carry, it does offer better heating for a longer period. In fact, you can use it for 12 hours straight with a single gas canister. Plus, if you’re looking to share the heat, it’s a better option since it is offered in different sizes. 

Unfortunately, the Blackcan II Pro is expensive. Priced at US$819, it’s way, way more expensive than both heated products from Agemore and Mantoule. Even its discounted price on Kickstarter, which starts at US$539, is still too costly.

Gas-Powered

You can use the Blackcan II Pro with either propane or butane gas. When you go with propane, it can provide heating in temperatures as low as 31°F (-35°C). On the other hand, butane gas can keep you warm even at 14°F (-10°C), but it’s recommended to use antifreeze instead of water under such temperatures. 

For those who usually carry such gas tanks while going on trips, the Blackcan II Pro is a great addition. However, for those that do not, then the gas tank is another extra weight you have to consider. 

Adjustable Heating

What’s great about the Blackcan II Pro is that it works great no matter how cold it is. The water in the mattress can heat up to over 86°F (30°C) even when temperatures reach 22°F (-30°C) outside. It’s adjustable, too. There’s a gas valve that allows you to turn up the heat or cool down a bit. 

Power Generating

Another thing we like about the Blackcan II Pro is that it can generate its own electricity. That’s right. You can connect it to LED lights and even use it to charge your smart devices. 

Hot Water Circulation System

Unlike most outdoor heated products, the Blackcan II Pro doesn’t use heated pads for heating. Instead, it features a hot water circulation system where hot water flows through the hose and into the mattress, circulating throughout the device. This means that you’ll feel the heat anywhere on the mat as opposed to specific areas only. 

Safety 

Blackcan II Pro comes with different safety features to prevent accidents and forest fires. It doesn’t use electricity, a battery, and electromagnetic waves. More importantly, it’s made with an ERV-10 safety valve, which automatically cuts off the flow of gas when the device is accidentally knocked over. 

This valve also prevents overheating and stabilizes gas pressure. There’s an internal sensor as well that will alert you when the device is running low on water or overheating. 

Specs

The power source is the most significant difference between the Blackcan II Pro and other heating devices. It runs on gas while others run on power banks. Some, like heated blankets, rely on rechargeable batteries, too.

On the downside, the use of gas or fossil fuel makes the Blackcan II Pro not sustainable. It also makes it more expensive since you will have to keep buying gas to make it work. However, it does have some benefits, too. 

For one, a gas canister can be used at any temperature, while lithium batteries can’t be used when the temperature reaches below 14°F (-10°C). It also lasts longer. For instance, power banks and rechargeable batteries with 300Wh capacity can only last up to 3 hours. On the other hand, a single canister can last up to 12 hours. So if you are sleeping in harsh weather conditions, it’s a better option. 

Design

The Blackcan II Pro comes with a carry bag where the mat, PowerPot, and all the other parts are safely stored. Like most outdoor gear, it requires assembling. But once you’ve gotten used to it, it’ll take only 5 minutes to set up. Just make sure not to install it inside your tent to avoid accidents. 

This heated mattress is available in three sizes: single, queen, and king. For those looking to share it with a friend or family, having it in bigger sizes is great. Plus, it’s made with waterproof material, so you’ll have no problem handwashing or washing it in the laundry. As with the PowerPot, or where you put the water, it has a display where you can easily check the water temperature and voltage. 

Now, all these are great. But since we’re talking about camping gear, we’ll focus more on the weight. The bag and the PowerPot already weigh 3.54kg. Depending on the size of your choice, the mat will weigh another 1.59-3.27kg. So all in all, you’ll be having around 5 to almost 7kg of extra weight in your pack – and that’s for the mattress alone. You still have to consider the weight of the gas canister. For backpacking, hiking trips, and whenever you need to keep it light, all these would be too heavy to carry.

Final Thoughts

For outdoor activities in the cold, the Blackcan II Pro is a great choice for heating and staying warm. It is safer than a bonfire and portable heater. Plus, it provides more dependable and continuous heating in temperatures well below freezing. By generating its own power, it’s pretty convenient for charging and lighting, too. So no doubt here’s a product that will come in handy in places where electricity is not readily available or in harsh conditions. 

So what about in not-so-harsh conditions? Well, there are certainly other cheaper devices that can still keep you warm. But if you’re looking to make your winter camping, hikes, fishing trips, and other outdoor activities as comfortable as they could be, then the Blackcan II Pro is perfect for you – that is, if you don’t mind the extra weight and its hefty price tag.

Almost 2 years after its very successful crowdfunding campaign, CoX Space is back on Kickstarter with its newest offering: the Vanzy. A follow-up and an improved version of the Snowl, Vanzy is a wearable mouse that allows you to control your devices with simple gestures.

With its latest chipset, the Vanzy promises to be better and smarter than its predecessor. Its whole look and feel got a major makeover as well. Overview

Launched on both Kickstarter and Indiegogo, Snowl received an impressive US$500,000 of funding from 4,500 backers around the world. While it was well-received and loved by its users, it wasn’t perfect.

For one, the Snowl had noticeable motion errors. Accuracy via gesture mode and air mouse mode wasn’t very good. Some also experienced a delay when moving their cursor and others have problems with the design, i.e. fitting the device into the metal band and unclear LED indicators. Not to mention the joystick cradle that nobody seemed to like or find a use for.

After much research and development, CoX Space was finally able to address and solve such issues with its follow-up product “Vanzy”. It replaced the joystick cradle with a bar cradle, and there are now clear LED indicators for gesture or air mouse modes. The app, look, and design were also improved.

To make it even better, the Vanzy costs less than the Snowl. It is priced at US$129 while the former is US$149, making it US$20 cheaper. Compared to Tap Strap 2, which is a similar product, the Vanzy is also way, way more affordable.

CoX Space fixes these issues by introducing a new bar cradle, which has a better grip and form factor. It’s fast and much more intuitive. It also allows you to use the Vanzy as a clicker while charging.

Air Mouse

Like the previous version, Vanzy has an air mouse mode that allows you to control all your devices with just your thumb. No need for a desk or a mousepad. It’s like your ordinary mouse where you can right or left click and scroll up or down. The only difference is that your mouse is strapped to your finger.

Gaming is probably one of the areas where Vanzy’s air mouse shines the most. You can use it just like a Wii remote, and with lots of games incorporating gyro controls, you have many options. Its motion controls give you better control in games that require precise movements and aiming. It also makes your gaming experience more immersive, which makes it perfect for VR gaming as well.

As mentioned, CoX Space got rid of the joystick cradle and replaced it with a bar cradle. Not only is it more useful, but it’s also more stylish. Aside from that, Vanzy’s app had a makeover, too. Its user interface and experience have been improved, so it’s no longer as inconvenient to use as before.

Final Thoughts

It took two years for CoX Space to follow up on the Snowl – and the wait was well worth it. By the looks of it, Vanzy has solved all of the issues of its predecessor. With a better app, chipset, and design, it is now more accurate and easier to use. The addition of the bar cradle was a big improvement, too, since it allows you to control your devices even while charging. The big cut down on the price was a great surprise as well.

Aside from that, the Vanzy looks sleeker and more stylish with its fortified glass centerpiece and new matte black color. And as cool, futuristic, and as flashy as it looks, its performance is just as well. Its motion-controlled gesture works well in everything – from giving presentations, watching videos, working out, playing games, VR, and even typing. Now, you have full control over all your devices at the tip of your finger.

But as with everything new, Vanzy requires some getting used to. It takes a bit of time before you can start using the device smoothly.

So this is a very welcome upgrade.
