Hi Michael, thank you for your comment. Our D85 is still going strong and it’s such as shame you received a faulty version. Upon further research, we have spotted numerous similar complaints and have since added a notice toward the top of this article. Thanks again for your continued support.

Neato robotics refused further discussion and in their opinion a $1000 robot is of acceptable quality if it makes it out of the warranty period. My robot vacuumed every day and I replaced the batteries twice a year. for 3 years. Neato robots are NOT value for money and support ends 24 months in.
